I am a psychology graduate, turn sports massage therapist, turned doctor of physiotherapy. Outside of Body Revival, I work in the NHS Forth Valley as a physiotherapist and at Glasgow Caledonian University as a lecturer in physiotherapy. Currently, I am completing a personal training course to develop understanding of nutrition, sports training to mean goals outside of rehabilitation, and grow the business. With over seven years experience in sports massage, cupping, and taping techniques, my goal at Body Revival is to increase client range of movement, circulation, strength, balance, endurance and to decrease pain, tension, and stiffness in the soft tissues. Each session and exercise programme is tailored to the individual.
